Who We Are

Our story began in 2001 when Pauline Donaldson and Trevor West along with Mark Williams and Charlotte Calloway decided to set up a new solicitors firm in Crowborough known as Donaldson West. Originally based at Croham House the intention was to create a niche firm of solicitors specialising in providing expert legal assistance in private client and property matters.

25 years later the firm is flourishing having moved offices to their current location at The Lodge. We continue in our quest to provide an excellent level of personal service to our clients combining professional excellence from our team of experienced lawyers.

We are proud to be a Conveyancing Quality Scheme-accredited firm and a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in legal practice.
